This method comprises two distinct steps: first, users enter their password as they normally would. Second, they input a one-time code generated by the IceWarp Authenticator. This code refreshes every 30 seconds, providing an additional layer of security by utilizing a device that is typically always at hand—one's mobile phone.

Setting Up Two-Step Verification

1. Download the IceWarp Authenticator app from your device's app store.
2. Log in to your WebClient account and navigate to Options located under your profile photo.
3. Select the Two-Step Verification button and choose the IceWarp Authenticator app from the options presented.
4. Launch the IceWarp Authenticator app, tap on Start Setup, then select the icon to Scan QR Code. Grant camera access when prompted.
5. Scan the QR code displayed in WebClient or alternatively, manually enter the Key into the app.
